Spinal Integration With Sadani "The Foundation"

The focus of this workshop will be on breath and creating spinal health through integrated movement throughout the whole body. Participants can expect to acquire new insights of how to create and maintain a healthy back. This will include some personal attention to specific spinal functions in participants.
